PJR Media Co. Guarantee Terms & Conditions

At PJR Media Co., we stand by the quality of our work. That’s why we offer a performance-based service guarantee on select campaigns. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to our “results or your money back” guarantee:

1. What’s Covered

If our service fails to meet the agreed-upon performance benchmarks, you may be eligible for a refund of your service retainer.

Important: This refund applies only to our service fees. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, YouTube) is not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The campaign must run for a minimum of 90 days.

  • Client must meet the minimum ad spend commitment, as outlined in the service agreement.

  • All creative, copy, landing pages, and strategy must be either provided by or approved by PJR Media Co.

  • The client must provide timely approvals and not unreasonably delay communication.

  • The client must not alter campaigns, landing pages, tracking, or creative without our written consent.

  • The client must allow conversion tracking and analytics access throughout the campaign.

3. What Qualifies as “Results”

“Results” are defined based on mutually agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), which are confirmed in writing before the campaign begins. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cost per lead (CPL)

  • Number of qualified leads

  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)

Guarantee applies only if none of the agreed performance metrics are met despite full execution of the agreed strategy.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund:

  1. A written request must be submitted within 10 business days of the 90-day mark.

  2. PJR Media Co. will review campaign data and performance metrics.

  3. If eligible, the service fee refund will be issued within 30 days of approval.

5. Exclusions

The following scenarios void the guarantee:

  • Client pauses or terminates the campaign early

  • Client modifies ad campaigns without our consent

  • Client fails to meet agreed ad spend levels

  • Business model or offer materially changes mid-campaign

  • Lead follow-up or sales processes are not executed by the client

6. Custom Terms by Agreement

In some cases, guarantee terms may be customized per client. These custom terms will be confirmed in writing prior to the campaign launch and supersede any conflicting language here.

PJR Media Co. reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time, without notice, except where already contractually agreed.
